1. Keep your appointments and make up any that you miss. Red light therapy is cumulative and consistency is important.
2. Drink water before and after your treatments. Drink 8 glasses of water per day to help flush the fat from your system.
3. No food 1-2 hours before or after your appointments. Let your body use your newly-released fat as energy!
4. Reduce your overall caloric intake and limit saturated fats, starchy carbohydrates and simple sugars.
5. Limit alcohol. Alcohol turns into fat and will work against this treatment, lessening your results.
