For most of my life I struggled with my weight and what it means to be well. Now that I’m in my thirties, I realize being “well” starts with giving your body the best ingredients and tools. Being kind to your body, mind, and soul is the most valuable investment you will ever make. Spending the time and money on the right things to attain and maintain wellness is essential to feeling your absolute best.
As a child, and into my early twenties, I had an incredibly unhealthy relationship with food. I didn’t have the knowledge to give myself the right ingredients and tools to be healthy in the true sense of the word.
At 32, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I saw every specialist and was told to try numerous prescriptions. I knew I needed to try something different — something holistic.
I began a life changing journey.
I started to put the right fuel into my body. I exercised and spent time in nature. The sun has an astronomical effect on our wellness. Let there be light!
When I started red light therapy, I noticed a huge decrease in my pain and fatigue. My mood increased and anxiety decreased. I noticed my skin improve in many ways. My body also did — less cellulite and more muscle tone and definition throughout. I was HOOKED!
With the right diet, exercise, and red light therapy, I drastically improved my overall health and wellness.
